How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Oldestgerman Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Oldestgerman Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Oldestgerman Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@oldestgerman.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
